Hi, it’s me, Katie—your one-woman baker!

I am married to my wonderful partner, Evan, and we have two little ones: Graham (5) and Emily (3). They are always willing to taste test!

My first big baking adventure was when I was running for student council president in high school. I baked 450 cupcakes for my campaign– and I won!
I’ve moved beyond the canned frosting and boxed cake from that cupcake escapade; now I love the challenge of baking anything from scratch. I do tarts and pies, cakes and cheesecakes, cookies, brownies, bread…and, oh, did I mention tarts? If you’ve never tried one, let me know and we’ll remedy that!

Besides building my baking craft, I love building relationships within my community. Pandemic and mom life was could feel very isolating, but this bakery has helped me build so many connections and pushes me to grow as a person, mom, partner, and friend.
